Refractory industry Was Included in the 12th Five-Year Plan in Zhengzhou City for Strategic Upgrading Industry Planning

This year marks the end of the the 11th Five-Year Plan of Zhengzhou City. In order to comprehensively plan the various construction arrangements for the next five-year plan of Zhengzhou City, on May 18, the municipal government issued a notice requiring all departments to start formulating the 12th Five-Year Plan. Among them, the five major industries, led by the building materials and refractory industry, have been included in the 12th Five-Year Plan strategic upgrading industry planning of Zhengzhou City.

Zhengzhou is rich in natural resources and famous in refractories, with a variety of refractory raw materials such as refractory clay and quartz sand, among which, there is a complete variety of refractory clay, with reserves of 108 million tons, accounting for about 50% of the total reserves of the Henan province. The inclusion of the refractory industry in the 12th Five-Year Plan will definitely comprehensively promote the development of Zhengzhou’s refractory industry.
