Product description
The calcium-free silica brick DES-99 is a new product independently developed by our R&D team. With the adoptaton of the calcium-free sintering technology, the product has excellent chemical stability, and its physical and chemical properties are superior to similar imported products, and thus can replace the equivalent imported products.
At present, the product has been applied in many glass manufacturers in China and has been well-received by customers.
Product characteristics:
1. By adopting the production process without calcium binding, the alkali corrosion resistance is significantly improved, which can be used in various parts of high-alkali glass tank furnace, such as crown, tongue arch and small furnace.
2. The product has a high loaded softening temperature, 1690°C and can be used in high-temperature glass furnaces.
3. The product has a coefficient of thermal expansion lower than that of high-quality silicon bricks used in general glass furnaces, and will not expand or crack after long-term use.
Brick type: Various brick types can be produced and processed according to customer drawings, including the complex ones.
Application: oxygen-fuel combustion glass melting furnace with high temperature, high load and high-alkali glass tank furnace; crown with colorless/colored bottle of glass furnace, upper structure, and crown of float glass furnace.
